Summary: The lobby was nice, but the room could use an upgrade. The hotel allowed pets and my room had a faint smell of dog poop. If animals are allowed, there should be no carpet!!

Summary: We chose this hotel because it seemed like the best choice in the area. It’s a little run down but that would be ok except the pool was closed. I came here with my daughter after dropping my son at camp with the idea of hanging out together at the pool for the evening On check in I was told the pool was closed because it rained yesterday and it needed to be cleaned. It rains everyday so if that’s the case it will never be open. Too late to cancel. Later I looked at some reviews on a couple of different sites and found people complaining about the pool closure since the beginning of July. So the whole rain excuse is a lie. The pool is just closed. Also the “restaurant” is just a sandwich shop. This hotel is falsely advertising their amenities and I definitely would not have stayed here had I known of the pool closure and restaurant. Also the AC unit in the room is obnoxiously loud

Summary: We liked the cleanliness, but the toilet gave us issue and the shower being backward was weird and the water pressure was low. No crib being available and the pool being closed the entire stay was inconvenient.

Summary: The room was ok at best, the plugs attached to the nightstand were falling out the wall or would practically be hanging out of said wall. The furniture was definitely well worn, and the bed was pretty uncomfortable, felt like I was sleeping on a curved arch, not a very fun experience. Also there is nothing slowing all the doors from shutting so constant loud door slams are the norm when you’re trying to sleep. The building is just really well worn and definitely could use a SERIOUS face lift. But it was like I said, ok at best. The staff however was amazing and is the only reason my review is at 3 stars. They we phenomenal
